How a French cultural festival was put together with items shipped from across the world

The event logistics services covered all aspects of art including dance, theater, music, visual arts, literature, designs, and photography for the cultural festival.

For the France-Bonjour India 2013, the challenge for Writer Relocations was to provide event logistics services across the globe and within 14 cities in India.

Writer Relocations carried out this end-to-end event logistic services with its usual panache.

The services included:

  • Carry out packing and loading of items from various places in the world
  • Manage pre-shipment documentations
  • Process documents with customs
  • Transport the items to the event sites
  • Unpack and install the items at the sites
  • Repack and re-export the items to its origins

The important compliance we had to agree to was to re-export each of the items imported back to where it came from.

With the 63 years of experience in moving precious items, Writer Relocations met the French Festival, Bonjour India challenge gracefully.

"We have been using Writer Relocations for the shipping of our artworks for the Indian Art Fair held in New Delhi on January 2014.

Their service was extremely good, precise, responsible, and reliable. I would recommend their services to anyone looking for a reliable and service-oriented shipping company."
