Our approach was professional

Our packing crew arrived on schedule. Within the first hour, the customer was made comfortable with the packing method. The packed items were then transported to Mumbai for delivery.

Unfortunately, at this time, the customer’s home in Mumbai was undergoing some renovation. This complicated the process for us.

We avoided multiple handling of individual packages by detaining the trucks at our storage facility. The delivery was done on completion of the interior work by the Writer crew.

We also helped the customer with networking socially in Mumbai

Since the customer was new to the city, we introduced them to the Expat Club as well as the Women’s Clubs in Mumbai, enabling her to interact with the other expats in the city.

In the end a happy client with a move experience that would be retold.
